Definition
The indicator notes whether a statistics record was updated in an information structure.
The indicator can be included as a key figure in an information structure. In the update definition of the key figure, the update type 'Data transport' and a formula must be used that places an 'X' in the key figure (a standard formula exists).
Example for use:
The indicator is useful as a key figure for an information structure if the information structure is to be used as a source structure of the reorganization tool. In this case the key figure is used as a selection criterium for the method that was selected in order to only determine those records from the source structure that were changed since the last run. This indicator must of course be reset in the method. A renewed update in this statistics record returns the indicator to 'X' so that the record is again taken into consideration with the next reorganization run.
