Documentation
Definition
Using this checkbox, a special selection can be forced.
The selection criteria entered are interpreted so that all documents (receipts) that include a corresponding data record (item) are selected.
Example: SUGAR and COFFEE are entered as the selection criteria for the characteristic material. All documents (receipts) that include SUGAR or COFFEE are selected. Records (document and receipt items) that do not meet the criteria are also selected, which means that the total document, and not only individual items, are selected.
Note: In contrast to the material companion selection, all characteristics are considered in the total document analysis.
