Definition

The document evaluation in Inventory Controlling determines the
requirements quantity depending on the MRP procedure. In forecast-
based planning, the forecast values of the material are rejected as
requirements quantity. In all other cases, the requirements quantity
consists of the components planned independent requirements,
independent requirements and dependent requirements.
For Inventory Controlling, only stock materials are relevant. For
example, requirements that are directly generated for an
individual sales order are not considered.
