Cumulative and smoothed score from all periods for the criterion "Service timeliness".
Use
This score is entered when the serivces performed are recorded and is updated at acceptance of services performed. If you want to execute the purchasing function vendor evaluation, the score will be used in the computation.
Note
The score from the key figure "Service timeliness 1" is determined per period and is not included in the computation.
