Documentation
Definition
Indicator that checks whether the actual start date is set in the production order.
Dependencies
The actual start date is set when the production order is confirmed for the first time. The actual finish date is set by the goods receipt for the production order.
Example
A goods receipt but no completion confirmation has been recorded for a production order. Thus, the production order has an actual finish date but no actual start date. This causes problems in the Shop Floor Information System with the calculation of actual lead time, actual queue time, and the deviation from the scheduled start date.
In the update definition, you can formulate the following condition to check the plausibility indicator:
MCAFPO-PLCHK1P NE TRUE
If this condition is used, the system updates only production orders with an actual start date.
