Use

If you set this indicator, the structure of the target table in the database is removed and set up again. This means that the entire dataset available in the target information structure is removed.

CAUTION: The system deletes the whole dataset of the information structure in the system; this means in all clients!

This process ensures that there is an empty target information structure before the copying of data to this structure begins.

Note

The system only displays this option when you have selected the "Copy data" function.

Recommendation

You should always use this option in connection with the "Delete/Set up indices" option.
