Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0001

Use

Specifies how many elements are in the complete-count area at the time of planning, that is, at the time when the stock population was formed.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0002

Use

Specifes how many elements are in the complete-count area at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0003

Use

Specifies for how many elements of the complete-count area a physical inventory count has been posted at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0004

Use

Specifies for how many elements of the complete-count area an inventory difference has been posted at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0005

Use

Specifies how many elements are in the sampling area at the time of planning, that is, at the time when the stock population was formed.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0006

Use

Specifies how many elements are in the sampling area at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0007

Use

Specifies how many elements of the sampling area must be counted at the time of planning, that is, at the time when the stock population was formed.

(Since the number of elements to be counted is not be determined before the stratification is carried out, the system displays the value zero until completion of the stratification.)

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0008

Use

Specifies how many elements of the sampling area must be counted at time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0009

Use

Specifies for how many elements of the sampling area a physical inventory count has been posted at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0010

Use

Specifies for how many elements of the sampling area an inventory difference has been posted at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0011

Use

Specifies the total number of elements to be counted at the time of planning, that is, at the time when the stock population was formed.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0012

Use

Specifies the total number of elements to be counted at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0013

Use

Specifies for how many elements of the inventory sampling a phyiscal inventory count has been been posted at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 0014

Use

Specifies for how many elements of the inventory sampling an inventory difference has been posted at the time of the update.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5011

Use

Specifies the number of elements contained in the stock population.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5012

Use

Specifies the number of elements in the sampling area after division of the stock population, taking the max. price and value limits into account. The number of elements results from division of the stock population according to the parameters set for "Delete indicator," "Zero stocks," and "ABC indicator."

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5013

Use

Specifies the number of elements in the complete-count area after division of the stock population, taking the max. price and value limits into account. The number of elements results from division of the stock population according to the parameters set for "Delete indicator," "Zero stocks," and "ABC indicator."

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5014

Use

Specifies the number of elements in the sampling area after division of the stock population, taking the price and value limits into account. The division has been carried out according to the parameters set for "Delete indicator," "Zero stocks," and "ABC indicator", and on the basis of the price and value limits set in the fields "Upper price limit ... New" and "Upper value limit ... New".

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5015

Use

Specifies the number of elements in the complete-count area after division of the stock population, taking the price and value limits into account. The division has been carried out according to the parameters set for "Delete indicator," "Zero stocks," and "ABC indicator", and on the basis of the price and value limits set in the fields "Upper price limit ... New" and "Upper value limit ... New".

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5016

Use

Specifies how many elements have been transferred from the sampling area to the complete-count area due to the upper price limit of the sampling area, so that these elements must also be counted.

Please note that this figure does not include the number of stock management units to be selected on a random basis. In general, due to the upper price and value limits additional elements will be contained in the complete-count area, but simultaneously the value dispersion in the sampling area will be reduced, so that less stock management units have to be drawn by random selection. This means that the total number of stock management units to be counted decreases.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5017

Use

Specifies how many elements have been transferred from the sampling area to the complete-count area due to the upper value limit of the sampling area, so that these elements must also be counted.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5018

Use

Specifies how many elements have been transferred to the complete-count area due to both the upper price limit and the upper value limit, and must, therefore, also be counted. Since this figure is taken into account in the number of additional elements to be counted due to upper price limit and in the number of additional elements to be counted due to upper value limit, it is deducted again in the calculation of the total additional counting required.

Supplementary Documentation - MBS_OUTN6 5019

Use

Specifies how many elements have been transferred from the sampling area to the complete-count area due to the upper price and value limits, so that these elements must also be counted.
