Definition

Defines the currency used for the inventory sampling calculations and the default values for the parameters.

Procedure

If you know which inventory sampling profile to use, you can enter it directly. Otherwise, you can search for and adopt a profile containing the settings suitable for your inventory sampling requirements.

If none of the available profiles is suitable, you have two options:

• Select a similiar profile with the same currency and change any unsuitable parameters after creating the sample-based physical inventory. Make sure that the currency of the profile is correct, because you cannot change it later.
• Define a new profile via Customizing (Inventory Management/Physical Inventory).
