Definition
When the system acceses the database, the number entered here represents the maximum number of lines read, in order to reduce the waiting time. This is especially useful, for example, if very general or incorrect selection parameters have been set.
The access to the database is unsorted; the data are displayed as sorted in the list, however.
If the object you are searching for is not found and the number of objects found is the same as the number limit that you set, then you should increase the maximum number of selected entries.
