Using this parameter, you can specify that the system is to scan the whole client during the patient index search.
Select this indicator if you want the patient search and patient management to cover all institutions.
Do not select this indicator if you do not require this option or if data security specifications do not allow this.

Please, bear in mind that changes effected while the system is operating can result in the system no longer being able to find patients.
