Definition
Up to 40 characters of text that describes the material in more detail. The material short text is a description of the material.
Use
You enter the material short text on the data screen of the first user department for which you enter data. You enter this in the language in which you logged on. The material short text can be overwritten on the basic data screen.
You can create one material short text for each material in as many languages as you wish.
