Definition

Using this indicator, you can include a document in one of the following declaration types:

• INTRASTAT
• EXTRASTAT / V.A.R.
• KOBRA
• SED / AERP

Note

If you set this parameter defining an inclusion indicator, the document or the document item will be included in the declaration to the authorities. Ensure that a set inclusion indicator at document item

level has top priority. In such cases, the system ignores settings at

document header level (e.g. set exclusion indicator) for the affected

document item.

If you set this parameter determining country-specific rules for the declaration relevance for countries or regions, the document or document item will only be included if no exclusion indicator has been assigned in the doucment.
