Definition

Displays whether the entry of actual time for a WM transfer order is necessary and in which format it is supposed to appear (by entering actual duration time or by entering start and end times). You can enter start and end times manually in a dialog box or the system can post them automatically.

Use

This indicator controls which dialog box appears. Depending upon the indicator you use, the system selects the fields that are to be displayed for data entry. It also triggers the posting of the local system time in the corresponding data element of the WM transfer order.

Dependencies

To enable the entry of actual times, the field Indicator: Performance data must configured with the proper characteristic. Possible characteristics include:
2: Entry of actual data
3: Calculation of planned times and entry of actual times
4: Determination of incentive wages

Notes relevant to incentive wages and actual time:

To utilize the calculation of incentive wages in the HR component based on WM transfer orders, the entry of actual times is not absolutely necessary. As a minimum, the system needs the worker (personnel) number and the calculation of the planned (target) time per transfer order. If the actual times are entered as well, the system passes this data to HR which then influences the calculation of the incentive wages.
