Definition

For posting changes, you can start the posting of transfer orders in the background in Inventory Management.

Use

Previously, you could post the change of a material from one storage location to another when a storage location was defined for a transfer order that was different from the storage location for the storage type in the transfer order.

If Customizing is set up so that the posting change is to take place immediately after the transfer order is created, the system starts the posting change in the background.

You can make the following field entries:

blank No posting change in IM
1 IM posting immediately after TO creation/confirmation
2 Posting change using report RLLQ0100
