Definition
This field contains the graphic representation of the selected display column in the selection screen. The graphic representation is shown as a green and red bar.
The green bar represents the confirmed (completed) portion and the red bar represents the non-confirmed (open) portion.
The length of the bar in the individual partial matrix lists is generally not the same and is shown in a scaled relationship to the represented values. For this purpose, the length has been chosen such that the maximum length is 50 characters for the largest value.
Example
As an example, we select the display column for the number of transfer order (TO) items for the graphic bar. In the three partial matrix lists, the values 100, 60 and 80 (the sum of the confirmed and open TOs) are displayed. The total length of the bar (red + green) for the first partial matrix list is 50 characters; the second is 30 characters and the third is 40 characters in length.
Exception for the scaled representation
If the confirmed or open portion of a very small value is not zero, but would normally be rounded to zero, the length of the green or red bar is set to 1 character.
If the selected display column for the partial matrix contains no data, the system displays the text "no data" in place of the graphic bar.
