Definition
In bulk storage areas with storage unit management, the stock removals are not posted to the storage units because the system does not know which storage units were used for the withdrawals. Instead, the system keeps a record of all the storage units of a particular level as a total figure. The stock postings are cleared for all the storage units of the respective level from this total figure.
The level of the destination storage bin is managed in the current transfer order item.
