Set this indicator if you only want to archive BOMs that have a deletion flag.

This indicator influences BOM selection as follows:

• If the indicator is set:
• Only BOMs with a deletion flag are archived.
• The BOMs are deleted for the entire time period.
If you set the deletion flag for a change status, the system adopts this deletion flag for all other change statuses.
• If the indicator is not set:

  All BOMs that fulfil the selection criteia are archived. For example:

• all the BOMs as of a specific key date
• all the BOMs without a deletion flag
