Use

If you set the indicator, the system automatically copies the long text of the notification header as the long text for the order header when it generates an order.

The long text is copied in the following instances:

• If you create an order for the notification in the create or change mode
• If you create an order for the notification

Note

The long text of the notification header is only copied into the order header for the first jump into the order.

The long text is not copied if you assign new notifications in an order.

If you do not set the indicator, then (as before) the long text is copied from the maintenance item of the maintenance plan (in so far as one exists) for orders that were generated using maintenance plans.
