Definition
This is the amount charged to an object during a settlement run. It is, however, settled along with the original charge for the object.
Examples
Object 4 has a charge of $500. During an object group settlement, $1000 from object 2 is settled on object 4. The total settlement to object 4 is thus $1500.
The charge settled by the settlement process amounts to $1000. The settlement run charged this to object 4, along with the original charge of $500. .
