Definition

Defines the sequence in which the last goods receipts and inbound deliveries are determined at the time of SA release creation.

Use

You can select up to three fields in the field list. These fields define the way in which the last goods receipts and deliveries are determined. You can display these in the SA release header.

The system proceeds as follows:

  1. The system determines the relevant goods receipts or deliveries, whereby the last recorded entries are determined first.
  2. This data is then sorted according to the selected criteria.
  3. From this sorted number of data records, the relevant number is stored in the SA release header in accordance with the number of goods receipts or number of inbound deliveries.

Dependencies

In the case of deliveries, those that have status 'in plant' (or 'registered') are taken into account first.
