Documentation

Definition

Sequential (or consecutive) number (sort number).

Supplementary Documentation - LFDAT 0001

Use

By entering an interval you can limit purchase order items for delivery items to those purchase order items with planned delivery dates within this interval.

Procedure

Examples

The purchasing department has created a purchase order with several items. The planned delivery days for the individual items are spread throughout the course of the year.

You only want to edit delivery items in the item list that are to be delivered this month. To do this, proceed as follows:

Purchasing document number <order number>
Deliveries from the 1st of the month until <day's date>

Notes

Note: The system limits the items according to the delivery date planned irrespective of whether goods receipts are posted for the purchase order items.

Use

Procedure

If you wish to change the position of a screen in the screen sequence, overwrite the ranking of this screen using a number that lies between the numbers allocated to the screens immediately before and after the new position.

Examples

The Classification screen with ranking 20 is to appear after the Purchasing screen with ranking 60. Overwrite 20 with 61, for example. When you press Enter, the system sorts the screens into the desired sequence.

Use

Procedure

If the position of a screen in the sequence is to be changed, overwrite the number denoting the position of this screen with a new number somewhere else in the sequence.

Example

The Units of measure screen with position 20 is to be moved to a position after the Status information screen, which has the position 60. Overwrite 20 with, for example, 61. When you press ENTER, the system sorts the screens into the desired sequence.
