Definition
In cross-system scenarios where a preceding document (for example, a sales order or purchase order) is in a different system, we differentiate between unchecked deliveries and checked deliveries.
If you leave the switch blank, the system only selects checked deliveries. This has been deliberately set up in this way for reasons of upwards compatibility, in other words, so that in the usual scenarios for shipping due date processing with simultaneous display of deliveries via free selection, the system will still only display the checked deliveries.
In cross-system scenarios you can now specify yourself whether you also want to select unchecked deliveries, or to select only unchecked deliveries and filter out checked deliveries.
Set the switch as follows:
- Only select checked deliveries (for the normal scenarios in shipping due date processing):
- No checked deliveries = space
- Unchecked deliveries = 'X'
- Selection of checked and unchecked deliveries (in cross-system scenarios):
- No checked deliveries = space
- Unchecked deliveries = 'X'
- Only select unchecked deliveries (in cross-system scenarios):
- No checked deliveries = 'X'
- Unchecked deliveries = space
- Neither checked nor unchecked deliveries:
- This means that you do not want to select any deliveries at all. Use the corresponding switch to deactivate selection of deliveries completely.
