Definition
In the case of operands from the DEMAND category, this indicator specifies whether all demand values of a month or only the highest value of a month are used for peak determination.
This indicator is therefore permitted for register operands only. The allocation to the respective month is carried out via the allocation date for meter reading, which you define in the meter reading unit. The allocation date for meter reading is also used for the allocation to the respective season period. This information is saved at the line item level.
Example
A 3-peak average is to be calculated in floating backbilling. The demand values of the previous months were 10kW and 12kW. Two meter reading results in the current month indicate demand values of 16kW and 17kW.
In standard processing, only the highest value for each month is used for calculation. The value to be billed would be (10 + 12 + 17)/3 = 13kW.
However, if this indicator is set, the value to be billed would be (12 + 16 + 17)/3 = 15kW.
