Definition

The traffic light specifies whether the vendor declaration has been
declared negative or positive

Use

@0A@
means that the vendor declaration has been declared negative. Red is
always set under the following prerequisites:
- Vendor declaration indicator is set to 'A' - not checked
- Vendor declaration indicator is set to 'D' - checked not o.k.
- Vendor declaration indicator is set to 'B' - but the date of the
vendor declaration has expired

@08@
means that the vendor declaration is valid. Green is always set
under the following prerequisites:
- Vendor declaration indicator is set to 'B' - Checked : ok
(as long as the date of the vendor declaration has not expired)
- Vendor declaration indicator is set to 'C' - Long-term declaration
