Documentation
Definition
Gives the maximum number of takts that you can enter for the line_segment in line balancing. The system determines this maximum number from the line hierarchy.
Use
In the line hierarchy, you enter a number of takts for the line segments sufficient to acheive the maximum load utilization. If the requirements situation changes, you can reduce this number. This does not change the line hierarchy.
Dependencies
If you want to use line balancing to determine the number of takts for the maximum production load, you can flag the Maximum line balancing indicator in the Administration data tabstrip in line balancing. The system then copies the number of takts into the line hierarchy.
