Definition
Gives the percentage share of a product in the total production of a line. The system takes this into account when determining the work content of a takt.
Use
The system calculates the percentage share from the production rate for the material.
Example
Production rates for materials
Material A: 100 pc/8hrs 25%
Material B: 300 pc/8hrs 75%
---------------------------------------------
Total: 400 pc/8hrs 100%
Work Content Station1
Material A: 10 minutes
Material B: 6 minutes
-> This results in the average work content:
(10 min * 0,25) + (6 min * 0,75) = 7 min
