Definition
Indicates whether the system automatically determines a loading time (how long it takes to load the goods) when you process deliveries through this shipping point.
You have the following options:
- No loading time determination
- No loading time is determined
- A Route-dependent
- A route-dependent loading time is determined.
- B Route-independent
- A route-independent loading time is determined.
- C Default from shipping point
- Only the loading time defined in the shipping point is used.
Remember that incomplete Customizing can lead to incorrect scheduling, especially for route-dependent / route-independent loading times. Make sure that all combinations of shipping point route and loading group have been taken care of in Customizing.
Use
The loading time is the time difference between loading date / time and goods issue date / time. It is used in transportation scheduling and delivery scheduling.
Dependencies
The system determines the pick/pack time only if it is set in Customizing for the definition of sales document types under delivery scheduling.
