Definition

Determines how many recent goods receipts (GR-posted delivery notes) were determined during creation of the SA release, how many were stored in the SA release header, and how many the vendor was advised of in the SA release.

Use

You can advise your vendors about several (max. 9) most recently posted goods receipts in the SA release. This means the vendor receives more exact information on the deliveries you have already received.

Dependencies

This function requires that you either

• Use GR-based invoice verification (GR-based IV indicator in the scheduling agreement item), or
• Work with a confirmation control key, which provides for GR assignment (Customizing for Purchasing, Confirmations -> Set Up Confirmation Control -> Confirmation Sequence and ConfContrK indicator in the scheduling agreement item).
