Documentation
Definition
The Report Writer enables you to create a report in several languages at the same time. Here, you can enter the languages which the Report Writer is to use.
When you execute the report, all texts will be displayed in the language in which you logged on, if the texts exist for that language.
Note
You can enter up to 32 languages. Since the time needed to execute a report increases with the number of languages, you should only enter the languages that you require.
Each language has a one-character language-key, for example:
- 'D' for German
- 'E' for English
- 'F' for French
- 'K' for Danish
- 'I' for Italian
- 'J' for Japanese
- 'N' for Dutch
- 'S' for Spanish
For the complete list of languages, refer to table T002.
Note
When you generate a report group, the logon language is always used to display texts.
