Depending on the indicator you select, the type of items displayed is determined as follows:

• Invoices
• Assignment of deliveries, no assignment of returns
  The system suggests the delivered/ordered items and quantities.
• Assignment of deliveries and returns
  The system suggests the delivered/returned items and quantities.
• No assignment of deliveries, assignment of returns
  The system suggests the invoiced return items for you to cancel the credit memo on an item by item basis.

• Credit memos
• Assignment of deliveries, no assignment of returns
  The system suggests the invoiced delivery items for you to cancel the invoice on an item by item basis.
