Documentation
Definition
Differentiates functions involving the use of a reference document. Enables the system to distinguish between a reverse posting and a return delivery or a release from GR blocked stock, for example.
Use
By means of this indicator, the system decides whether
- the quantity adopted from the reference document may be changed
- In the event of a return delivery, the quantity may be changed.
- In the event of a reversal, the quantity may not be changed.
- a matchcode is set up to establish a link between the reference document and the new document
A matchcode is only set up in the case of reversal documents and is used for analysis of the cancelled material documents.
