Documentation
Definition
Indicator allowing you to restrict the stocks displayed in the basic list to specific organizational levels.
Examples
You want the basic list to include stocks at plant level and at storage location level, but not batches. This requires you to select the display levels Plant and Storage location, but not Batch.
Dependencies
If the indicator for a lower level is set, the stocks at higher levels are also displayed automatically. For example, if you select only Batch, all higher levels are selected automatically.
Note
If you select the display level Batch and want the stock overview to include special stocks that are situated directly below plant level, the display level Special stock is selected automatically too since batches can also be assigned to special stocks.
If you want to display only special stocks that are situated directly below plant level (such as consignment stock at customer or returnable packaging at customer), the display level Storage location is not selected automatically.
If the indicator Also select special stocks is set, and you want the special stocks to be displayed in the basic list, you must also select the display level Special stock. The special stocks are otherwise displayed only in the breakdown list and in the individual list.
