Definition
Indicator that causes the system to optimize the smoothing factors needed by the given forecast model.
Use
When the indicator is set, parameter optimization is carried out both for the first and for subsequent forecasts.
Procedure
The system calculates a number of different parameter combinations and selects the one that produces the lowest mean absolute deviation.
