Definition
Use
Stock values in the stock overview are normally displayed with a fixed number of 3 decimal places. However, by setting this indicator, you can display them with the number of decimal places defined for each unit of measure in Customizing for Global Parameters in the activity Check Units of Measure.
Note
Do not set this indicator if you always want stocks to be displayed with 3 decimal places.
Procedure
Examples
Dependencies
This indicator has no effect in the following cases:
- If more than 3 decimal places have been defined for the unit of measure in Customizing
In this case, the stock quantity is still displayed with 3 decimal places.
- If fewer than 3 decimal places have been defined for the unit of measure in Customizing, but the stock quantity has more significant decimal places
Here too, the stock quantity is displayed with 3 decimal places.
