Definition

Determines whether uninstalled sample devices or spare sample devices can be included during creation of orders or messages.

You can specify the following:

  • Do not include uninstalled devices

    This means that only uninstalled sample devices or spare sample devices are included.

  • Include uninstalled devices without bundeling

    If you select this field, an order or notification is created for each uninstalled sample device or spare sample device. If a sample device is in a storage location, the system stores data on the plant and location in the long text of the order or notification.

  • Bundle uninstalled devices for each plant/location

    The following scenarios exist:

    • Sample devices are in a storage location
      • An order or notifiction is created for each combination of plant/location. The devices are attached to the orders/notifications using object links and saved to the object list in the case of orders. Data on the plant and location or stored in the long text of the order/notification.
    • Sample devices are not in a storage location
      • An order or notification is created for each sample device or spare sample device.
