Use
Means that the business partner is saved whenever an order or notification is created for a technical installation. This function is not available for equipment.
This means you can display all the relevant orders and notifications for a business partner in the customer overview of the Customer Interaction Center. Please note, however, that the business partner must also be defined as a customer in the Sales & Distribution (SD) component for you to do this.
Dependencies
You cannot select this field if you have bundled orders or notifications at the device location or connection object level. In this case, the business partner cannot be uniquely determined because the corresponding devices and technical installations may be allocated to different business partners.
