Definition

You use this indicator to specify that the entire task list group is archived even if you only select individual task lists in the group and then want to delete them.

The individual task lists in a group are deleted from the database if they meet the following criteria:

If you want to delete over the entire period:

• The task list meets your selection criteria for plant, material, task list type, status and last call.
• If you choose deletion flag as a criterion for deletion, the task list must have a deletion flag.

If you want to delete after the key date:

The task list change statuses end before the key date.
