Possible entries:

• weekly
• every 2 weeks
• monthly
• quarterly
• semiannually.

If you do not specify a period, 12/31/9999 is automatically proposed as the end date when generating requests for insurance verification.

Example

The end date of an insurance verification request could be calculated as follows:

• start date of IV request: 01/01/1997
• period of IV request: 28 days
• end date of IV request: 01/29/1997
