In the insurance verification, the field can take the following values:

• "+" --> the generated request for insurance verification does not yet exist in the database
• "*" --> the request for insurance verification already exists, but the assignment between service in the service catalog and request for insurance verification in the billing catalog does not yet exist
• " " --> the service, the request for insurance verification and the service to request assignment already exist in the database.
