Definition
Indicates which cost elements or revenue elements are included in results analysis or WIP calculation.
Procedure
You must assign each cost element or revenue element listed here to a line ID.
You can either enter specific cost elements or revenue elements, or mask your entry. Note that you may have to enter leading zeros (example: 0000415000).
Enter the cost elements (in accordance with your cost element directory) under which primary postings are updated on the objects (orders, objects, sales orders). You can mask your entries. For example, the entry 00004+++++ includes the cost elements from 400000 to 499999. If you want to treat particular cost elements separately, enter them unmasked (example: 0000415000).
If you don't want to differentiate the line IDs by origin group, mask the origin group with four plus signs (++++).
If you want to differentiate the production costs only by cost element, mask the cost center and activity type with four plus signs (++++).
