Definition

Specifies the external condition sent by the customer in a self-billing document.

Use

You assign externals conditions to internal conditions.

The system compares the value of the external condition sent in the self-billing document with that of the internal condition to which it is assigned. If there are differences, and if you have set the appropriate indicator, the system does not create the related billing document.

You can compare internal and external conditions for processing:

• Invoices
  
• Credit memos with correction quantities
  
• Credit memos for retro-billing
  
• Debit memos for retro-billing

You can assign any external conditions for comparison that are sent in these self-billing documents.
