Supplementary Documentation - KS_VERDT 0001
Use
The date entered here is used as the dispatch date of the insurance verification in production run mode providing you specified in Customizing that the dispatch date is also to be set in addition to the print date in production run mode.
Procedure
Maintain this field if you do not want the system to use today's date as the dispatch date.
Examples
You do not print the insurance verification requests immediately, but place them first in the spool, to print on a subsequent day.
Dependencies
Many system checks make use of the dispatch date. This means that you can only make limited changes to an insurance verification request once it has been dispatched. Furthermore, the dispatch date is used by the reminder program to calculate the due date.
Please also refer to the documentation on the Print date field.
Note
With insurance verification status monitoring, you have the option to specifically set both the print date and dispatch date for insurance verification requests.
