Definition
By means of this parameter, you specify up to which total amount the costs of a service are covered. The total amount is calculated from the price of a service multiplied by the quantity in which it is performed.
Examples
A particular health insurance company covers a maximum amount of 5000.00 for a cure (in the respective currency). If a patient takes a 14-day cure, where costs of 500.00/day are incurred, storing the total amount of 5000.00 means that the amount of 7000.00 is not covered, but only 5000.00.
