Definition

Key indicating the method by which the score for the subcriterion was determined.

Use

The following scoring methods exist:

  • manual = key '_'
  • semi-automatic = key 1, C and D
  • automatic = key 2 to 9, A and B.

Examples

For the determination of the automatic subcriterion "price level", data drawn from purchase orders and delivery schedules is used. There is just one method of determining the score for the subcriterion from this data in the system, to which the key 4 has been assigned.

Procedure

You can maintain this field as follows:

  • Leave the field empty if the score is maintained manually
  • Enter the key 1 if the score is determined semi-automatically at info record level
  • Enter the key C or D if the scores are to be determined semi-automatically at the time of service acceptance
  • Enter the associated key for each criterion whose score is to be determined fully automatically
