Documentation
Definition
Indicator which causes the automatic selection of the lower and upper period limit by the report. In this run, no date limit appears on the selection screen of the report.
Note
Automatic period selection should always be used since this automatically guarantees the consecutive selection of documents.
The report chooses the selection period internally. The following cases are possible:
- Session 'Create first balance sheet':
In this case, 1/1/1900 is used as the period lower limit and the current date as the upper limit. All available data is selected.
- Session 'Create new balance sheet':
The upper period limit of the last balance audit trail run is selected as the lower period limit, so that no documents can be forgotten. The period upper limit is the current date again.
- Session 'Only delete':
In this session, the period chosen for selection is of no importance. Only the limits set for archiving data are significant.
If this parameter is not selected (manual period selection) you must enter the lower and upper period limit. If the system find gaps in consecutive runs in which the period was selected manually, the report uses the upper limit of the last run as a new lower limit.
The actual period specified for each run is printed in the log.
