Definition
Depending on the number of issue lines you chose and the volume of the available master data, the address and the telecommunications data of vendors are either completely or partially issued.
The output of the address of a vendor is carried out according to the postal rules of the country in which the address is located. This can result, for example, in the street not being issued if there is a post office boxe, or in mandatory blank lines being inserted. If the number of lines to be issued is under the maximum output volume, the selection of address data is carried out by means of a priority list which is influenced by the country where the address originates.
The data is always issued in the language you specified in the customer master record.
The output of telecommunications data is carried out on the basis of the following priority list:
- telephone 1
- telephone 2
- telefax
- telex
- data line
- teletex
- telebox
If there are no values in the master record for parts of this data, the next available information moves up in the priority list.
You can suppress an output of data in the form in which it is described here if you do not select this parameter.
If you select both this parameter and the alternative parameter "X - address and telekom (master)" the latter parameter has higher priority.
Use
You can vary the output, from a short list (name, language, telephone 1) up to the complete postally correct display of all data neeed for communicating with the vendor.
