Definition
If this indicator is selected, the report is executed with the Report Writer interface. If it is not selected, the standard report selection interface will be used.
In some cases only the first option will be available. This will occur in certain cases such as when the report does not contain a variable for the report object. In Cost Center Accounting, for example, the indicator is selected if the corresponding report does not contain a cost center variable and the cost centers are hard-wired in the report instead.
The report can still be executed through the report selection function in the corresponding application - it is then processed with the standard request screen in the Report Writer. No functionality will be lost in this case as against the normal user interface.
Procedure
Select this indicator when you want the report to be executed with the Report Writer interface.
If you don't select the indicator, the standard interface will be used.
