Definition
The key figure Costing/MM shows the difference between the value of the cost estimate and the material master price entered in the selection screen of the report.
You can enter any price from the material master in the selection screen of the report. This price is then made available in the report display as a selectable field and can be used for example to compare that price with the standard price. Variances between the selectable price and the cost estimate value calculated in the costing run can be shown in the report using the key figure Costing/MM.
Formulas
Costing/MM = Cost estimate value - Material master price
Or as a percentage:
(Cost estimate - Material master price) / Material master price * 100
Remarks:
The cost estimate value uses the cost component view of the selection screen.
The material master price is entered in the selection screen.
