Definition
This date specifies the beginning of the first cumulation period for cumulation procedure 2, 'Yearly cumulation with employee-specific period beginning' for the respective employee. Since the cumulation periods for this procedure last one year, the beginning and end of the subsequent cumulation periods are automatically specified.
This date only has to be entered if cumulation procedure 2 is used. You specify whether this cumulation procedure is to be used in the IMG activity Define miles/kilometers cumulation (View V_T702N_M).
Example
Beginning date for yearly cumulation = 03.21.1997
=> 1st cumulation period lasts from 03.21.1997 to 03.20.1998
2nd cumulation period lasts from 03.21.1998 to 03.20.1999
3rd cumulation period lasts from 03.21.1999 to 03.20.2000 etc.
