Definition

Base value for a condition of subsequent settlement that is used during settlement accounting

  • to calculate the condition
  • to distribute the income over the plants, tax codes, and (if applicable) periods

and

  • may be used as the value agreed with the settlement partner for a business volume comparison to avoid differences during settlement that result from different business volumes.

The data from the business volume comparison have priority over the data from the ongoing updating of business volume.

Use

The condition type can relate to

  • the value
  • the quantity
  • the weight (gross/net)
  • the volume
  • the points

The system multiplies the condition basis by the amount to determine the total amount of the condition.

Example

If, for example, the condition basis is 100 bottles, and the amount $10 per bottle, the total amount for the condition is $1000.
